Preventative Maintenance
Snow & ice management is a collaboration between you and us to fight against risk. Our job doesn’t end with the final pile or salt spreading for a particular storm. Instead, it continues long after the snow has stopped, monitoring, communicating and responding to (potentially) hazardous conditions all winter—because that’s the standard of care the law requires.
Compliance & Certified Reports
Plowguys builds its own route-management software for its franchisees’ back offices, and mobile apps (iOS/Android) to collect both passive (hands-free) and active data from the field.
For example, you can be alerted when a truck enters and leaves your property, and this data is stored with your property’s service records. Additionally, our route managers and operators can manually capture field notes and photos from the field, and transmit the same to you in real-time.
We rely on snow industry leader WeatherWorks, Inc. for certified snow reporting and climatology records.

Tips for a Smooth Snow Season
  • Shop for a snow contractor early in the summer—the larger your site, the earlier you should start, and the more equipment and pricing options you may find.
  • Designate a manager or point of contact to communicate and resolve issues.
  • Have a solid plan for ice control and prevention.
  • Give constructive feedback after the first storm or two to help fine-tune the service.
